Wow, really cool, makes me wish I knit or crocheted, but I’m forwarding to those I know who do ...

I love these! Always a bit envious of people who make them...probably should learn how to knit or crochet...

I find crochet much easier than knitting, although I was lucky to self-teach in the YouTube era. Lots of good videos to get started, and with these, you don’t need complicated stitches. But it’s great for listening to audiobooks!

This is so neat! I can knit, but only one color at a time , into one shape 😂

I think you can do this! I’m kinda iffy on colour changes but if it’s at the end of a row, I think it’s a bit easier. 😅 I’m nowhere near the level of patterns of many colours, like characters and such on sweaters.

Bryn, this is wonderful! Will you be keeping us posted with your progress? I'd love to see how it develops!

A few years ago a friend of mine created the most gorgeous crocheted temperature blanket - it was breathtaking. In fact, as a result of her project I started crocheting myself - only granny squares, and only once I'd found a YouTube video by a left-hander that I could follow - and really enjoyed it! Sadly - and again, it's my all-or-nothing-approach to everything that was my downfall - I would crochet for hours every evening until my fingers became so tight that I became discouraged and put my hook away. Maybe I'll take it up again - and this time with a more circumspect approach!

Thanks Rebecca ☺️ I will keep y’all posted on the progress, but I understand and empathize with the all-or-nothing tendencies. I’m trying to have a few irons in the fire (but not tooooo many) to avoid losing the spark for the project. I’d love to see your friend’s project?
